Hey Ed, I am an American and have been following my adopted team faithfully for the last 3 years. I understood and supported tan sdecisions to change the uniforms, over here in the NFL teams are always changing the way their uniforms look and sometimes the colors too, but the way he seems to intentionally be angering the fan base, plus disrespecting the manager that got the club to this point is utter insanity. My question is since I'm unfamiliar withthe premier league policies is, don't the premier league executives have power to do anything to tan since he is basically self destructing this wonderful team and its fans? Plus I want to add (even though I'm not from Wales, I consider them my team) to all the supportive fans of other premier league teams that have posted such wonderful and supportive messages for "my team", thank you! You truly show what sportsmanship is about and put a smile on this Cardiff city fans face.

Hey Ed,
Do you have any news about Andreas Cornelius? I think having a tall, fast guy like that up front will help Cardiff's attacking issues. He must be close to being ready by now? {Ed002's Note - A couple of weeks.}

American Bluebird

1.) I reckon we'll be seeing Santa before Cornelius.

Redbird

2.) Don't worry about cornelius worry about keeping makay

3.) Goes without saying.

A really excited bluebird fan from across the pond, what a week! Hey ed001, to the best of your knowledge is it true that jefferson montero is just a work visa and physical away from becoming a bluebird? {Ed001's Note - I don't know anything about that, a couple of people have been asking me about it, but last week they were getting excited about Aaron Lennon and asking if it was true he was having a medical. So I think it might be nothing more than a bit of wishful thinking, though I do expect someone else to come in for you. The main reason I am dubious is because I was told West Ham dropped their attempts to sign him after finding out he wouldn't get a work permit, similar to their failure to sign Zupata. Not 100% sure if that is correct, but it would make sense, as they had a deal agreed and then pulled out suddenly.}

American Bluebird

1.) Now malky go and sign montero its imperative top top top top quality winger much needed

2.) Any news on alfred finnbogason? {Ed001's Note - ongoing talks, no fee agreed with the club yet, no terms agreed with the player, but talks with both. I would guess, as you sought and got permission to speak to the player prior to agreeing a fee for him, that what he asks for in wages etc will decide how much you can go to in terms of the transfer fee.}

3.) Thanks ed {Ed001's Note - you are welcome mate.}

4.) Hope we get him he is a goal machine just what city need.

5.) Any new transfer rumours ed? {Ed001's Note - nothing new to add to above no mate.}

6.) Think this deal will happen as cornelious out for upto two months

7.) Issues with the Montero deal, the fee and package was agreed but the agent has now asked for more - according to prominent sources. MM not happy about this and has backed off.

Deal not yet dead but looking less likely.

Hunter.

8.) Get alfred finnbogason corneluis is injured.

9.) 2 months!!!
thats 8 mil down the s***ter

10.) Apparently, his injury is not as bad as first feared, he was taken off on a stretcher as a precaution.

11.) He ain't out for 2 months malky said he will be fit for the hull match.

Frazier Campbell leaving is great news. I like his energy, but he gets dispossessed almost immediately and to compensate for that he goes to ground quickly to attempt to draw fouls which don't come. Javi Guerra would be the true striker Cardiff have needed for the last few years. I hope for our sakes that Guerra comes here and doesn't find a way to weasel out of his contract signing back in February.

American Bluebird

1.) Ole confirmed today the deal for Guerra is happening and is 'watertight' apparently.

Hunter.

2.) Yeah I agree bluebird. I would like some more money for him however.

3.) I like Campbell but I am not too bothered if he leaves. Even though he was top scorer he missed loads of decent chances. It looks like OGS has bought some real talent with lots of potential in up front. Regardless, I wish Frazier all the best in the future but I think w are going to be fine next season.

What a shame, Cardiff have played extremely hard with good quality at the midfield and back the last 3 games but only 1 win. Very unlucky today! We need a real striker extremely bad, nobody knows how go to goal!

Laudrup fired just 4 days ahead of the derby?! What an opportunity to really attack and go for the 3 points!

American Bluebird

1.) Bit disappointed really. Passion seems wanting.

I agree. I'm impressed at how quickly Ole is getting the players he wants Guerra, Burgstaller, Macheda, now looking like Le Fondre also, all before June 1! That means everybody in training camp from day 1. If they can reel in Grabban as well, Cardiff will have a crazy good attacking force!

I can't wait to see the new lads in action as a cohesive unit, alongside the talent we already have. Last place or not I think this is an exciting time for our bluebirds, with some great results upcoming!

I will definitely give you that he has been responsible for almost all of the dead ball goals, which isn't very many. Plus I will add that he is exceptional at defending dead ball set pieces. But for me, respectfully, he can't hold and dribble the ball without getting dispossessed quickly or being forced into a bad pass. We need midfielders that can control the ball. Hopefully under Ole, Witts can find that form, I'm just saying that so far. he hasn't. Again, just my opinion.

If I'm being honest, I don't think that is a bad thing. He really hasn't impressed. Very good championship player, but not so much for the premier league, again just my opinion.

Hi redbird, if you don't mind explaining, what is the history of Webb with Cardiff? Thanks.

Thanks Ed 001, I now see my other mistake, my phone doesn't let me see the overall post just the last few words and auto correct changed Liverpool to arsenal and I just kept going with it when I saw the last arsenal it corrected. Again, I know it was Liverpool and I apologize to any arsenal fan who was offended. From now on I'm only posting from my laptop to avoid my embarrassing mistake from happening again. {Ed001's Note - auto correct is a hateful thing! I am convinced it is deliberately designed to make the user look like an idiot.}

Lol, thanks for the clarification ed001, I wrongly assumed it was over comments OGS made about the ref allowing play to continue while we had 2 men down giving an unfair advantage. But I guess we can't know that as the poster not only didn't clarify, but immediately in bad taste start the post with a rude and uncalled for comment. I also stated that not every fan of a team acts like a fool like this rude poster did. If I wrongly accused an arsenal fan I truly apologize. I stand by the rest of my comments, respectfully. {Ed001's Note - no worries mate, I just thought it best to be clear and not so confusing. Personally I can see both sides, Solskjaer is representing Cardiff and shouldn't be so dismissive and disrespectful of other clubs. On the other hand, he has enough to worry about trying to turn the situation around, without taking any notice of who is in the running to win the title.}

Awwww. poor socks seems bent and embarrassed about lowly Cardiff handing it to his team in the first half yesterday. I have watched every game for Cardiff so far, as we get all the premier league games live in the states. I refrained to post anything after the first arsenal game because until that game ALL of the announcing teams called the games well and talked about each team evenly and equally by calling poor play poor, and good play good regardless of which team it is. ALL other premiership teams fans have been friendly and supportive with great sportsmanship as well as well wishes for Cardiff.
Now after watching a second game vs arsenal, I can honestly say the arsenal announcers are the worst! According to them arsenal deserve a penalty every 30 seconds and everything the opponent does is pure luck. Dreadful listening!
After looking at the 2 posts I'm believing the arsenal fans are the same as the announcers. But I would never say all fans of arsenal are like that. The 2 fans of arsenal are so miserable that they had to go to the opponents page and post negative comments! Disgraceful really!
Well socks, enjoy your champions league run, oh wait, you got booted, sorry.
Cardiff have played well the last 4 games, and we put 3 up on arsenal! Relegation isn't certain for us. I'm convinced that if we play the same as recent form over the remaining games we will survive thus season! Come on Cardiff, we still have a good chance! {Ed001's Note - erm mate, I would assume they are Liverpool fans upset because of Solskjaer's reply when asked a question about Liverpool's title chances yesterday. Not really anything to do with the game itself, as such, and even less to do with Arsenal.}
