Qpr agreed a fee with us for caulker up to him now if he wants to stay or go. Medel has also indicated that he want to leave as well. Hopefully we'll be able to replace them adequately.

Fee agreed for Adam le fondre and macheda is having a medical next week. Nice to see the signing being done so quick

I agree. I'm impressed at how quickly Ole is getting the players he wants Guerra, Burgstaller, Macheda, now looking like Le Fondre also, all before June 1! That means everybody in training camp from day 1. If they can reel in Grabban as well, Cardiff will have a crazy good attacking force!
26 May 2014 11:16:46
Cardiff are on the verge of signing Federico Macheda on a free transfer

Cardiff City are again weighing up a bid for Leeds United striker Ross McCormack after missing out on the 28-goal man.
If City fail in their attempts, they will turn their attention to Lewis Grabban of Bournemouth who has a release clause in his contract for £3Million
!
Agree9
Disagree8
Would like them both at city next season. We need goal scorers and if campbell goes we will be left with that donkey kenwyne
What about mason and maynard two good strikers who are proven goalscorers
Dont be silly, if, and a big if because he ain't going, he went anywhere it would be prem, not another championship team
Ross is a good player but a problem player. He is bad for dressing room morale which is so important. That is why Leeds have done so badly.
Keep him!
Nothing to do with RM, it was just a crap squad of players

Palace have denied the claims they obtained the Bluebirds team sheet 24 hours early "That is incredibly, extraordinarily untrue. That is untrue, completely untrue. Absolutely not - not under any circumstances. "
Agree1

Interesting, the club have confirmed they have firm evidence to back up the claims?
11 Apr 2014 09:11:31
Cardiff have requested the Premier League look into their allegations that Crystal Palace had their team sheet 24 hours early through foul means.
Is Tan just paranoid, or does he really have a case?

defender Davide Astori has been approach by cardiff city talks are going well but there is still a lot to do to get it finished in time
Agree3
Disagree5
I don't think Cardiff can blame a previous manager over transfer deals, look at Liverpool they signed Andy carrol and lost millions. Signed Suarez at the same time who must be one of the most valuable players in the world, Southampton have spent a fortune only wanyama and Lovrens have turned out well oswaldo and ramerez big money signings you'd question. You could say the same for every club.
Go for free transfers or players out of contract then the owner can't moan about the money he's lost, surely they have sold and made a profit on someone. I'm sure any player Dave mackay sign was in good faith, is the club starting to draw attention away from it's league position what're ever happens it won't be tans fault
Astori it's just a story
Ok the club have spent 30 million but what about the revenue from sky ect. We all agree that the money in football is crazy but look at any large business any profit made pays the interest on the debt. Look at Bolton 130 million in the red. Let's hope vicent has deep pockets for a short man.
Don't worry about Vincent tan he's taking mugs money running the lottery in his own country

Zaha signed on season long loan. Finished his first team session today with Cardiff. Put a photo on Instagram with a city shirt on stating it too
Looking at zaha body languege in his tv interview it looked to me as if moyes and Manchester united may have destroyed his confidence, he'd have been better off going back to palace plus near his family.
Lets play find the palace fan oops I found him
You do wonder how zaha can be almost unplayable in man u. Pre season games and then seemed to be forgotten as Ian holloway said he was a little fish in a big pond, a young lad in a new environment.
After seeing zaha against Norwich what has gone on at united, he's a game changer.

I know, I am wondering if he will do some sort of "U" turn and end up somewhere else, getting edgy now

Cardiff are close to signing kenwyn jones with odemwinge going the other way in a swap deal not sure about money involved though. Mike

Him again. He's absolutely rank, so Ole, steer clear!
I would do any thing to get peter out
Whats the news on Ramis
Apparently failed his medical
Has Ole got any other centre half's in mind?
How about John Terry lol lol
Heard bid for highly rated Man U centre back. Name was Thorpe. Think first name Tom or Tim. Would be loan but there are issues with having 2 loan players from same club (Ed is that true that you can only have 1 player on loan from any other club?) {Ed001's Note - yes, though I think the loan to buy option enables you to take a second one. The loan rules this season aren't entirely clear to be honest.}
Any news on Ramis Ed? Is it true he failed hi medical. If there was one place I would like us to strengthen is in the centre of defence. I am happy with the new editions so far. {Ed001's Note - not sure, we know there were issues with his medical, but it is unclear whether they will just mean renegotiations or if the deal is dead now.}

It's now on ccfc home page it's official starting to worry though all 3 signings are not proven at this level of football I pray they step up and keep us up
A proven prem player doesn't exist. Every team takes that chance when bringing in players. Were looking at you Kevin Dr bruyne.
24 Jan 2014 11:43:49
Cardiff signings before window shuts
Fabio -man utd 500k
Jo Inge Bergen -molde 1.2 mill
Wilfried zaha - Manchester United loan
Ivan Ramos - Wigan 2mill
Mirloslav klose - lazio 2.5 mill
Agree9

Now that would be great for cardiff but not sure on klos but hope they all make a big impact
I can't wait to see the new lads in action as a cohesive unit, alongside the talent we already have. Last place or not I think this is an exciting time for our bluebirds, with some great results upcoming!
Wow, so who are we going to leave out of the squad this time!
And kenwyne jones
24 Jan 2014 05:46:21
Fabio on the way to Cardiff on a permanent basis joining zaha (loan), should play against united on Tuesday.
Agree4
Disagree0
I hope this is happening
Fabio hasn't really had his big break at United, just as Caulker hadn't at tottneham, so here's hoping he can make a name for himself if its true. IF.
I think he'd shine at city and he's available for a bargain price. We need to hurry up before anybody else gets him.
23 Jan 2014 23:26:01
Ivan Ramos, wigans 29 year old centre back is being heavily linked with a move to Cardiff, with Palace and Forest said to be losing ground on his signature.
He's had limited opportunity so far this season with a few injuries being the main problem. Personally, this sounds like a poor move, and I'd rather see a younger player come in.

Its all about survival this season

Zaha spotted in cardiff
I was under the impression that was for a toe injury. Surely Cardiff staff will want a medical conducted locally.

Cardiff city representatives are due to meet with the agent of Miroslav klose in Italy this week to thrash out details of his move to the welsh capital.
He is expected to be at old Trafford next week to watch his new side.

I thought ole Gunnar solkjear wanted young players not OAP.
Makes sense, we need a goal scorer to stay in the league he is available and they don't come any better than him even at 34 he is still in the German squad for the World Cup!
I can't see it my self but if he comes he will be welcomed with open arms. Up the bluebirds
I agree that Klose is good enough, but he is not 34, he was 35 back in June.
I think he will be an excellent signing look at Kevin Phillips 40 and still scoring and klose is better than him
I'd rather develope a talent than have a first team player who can only decline.
No time for developing at the moment, we need a quick fix for the second half of season, but we will need to develop for the future I totally agree.

Hugo Rodallega set to have a medical at the club after Fulham accepting a £2.5m bid from Cardiff

I don't think so.
Me neither.
Fort we wanted a goal scorer? Not being funny he can't get in the Fulham squad so may as well sign my nan to bench warm, she makes good tea too
18 Jan 2014 18:12:34
I hear from a top agent with players with us we have bought a 20 year old striker from Wolves but we are leaving him there till the end of the season, he would't tell me his name trough, any ideas?
Agree1
Disagree6
Jake cassidy is their only 20 year old striker
No it a striker called McAlinden every body and their dog is after him, Wolves best kept secret apparently, if he is going it won't be to us I doubt not if its true that the likes of Liverpool and Everton are in the race Wolves forums rate him highly.

Could be true it's quite clear that he wants a striker a left back and a winger
What? You mean this guy can do all these things? Multi-tasker eh!
